There was no cable so the TV didn't work. Folks were hanging all outside the door and on the balconies. My room was not cleaned well, but you get what you pay for. I learned to pay more the next time and stay somewhere else, especially traveling alone.

Firstly no tv so we right away were given option to cancel without penalty. Next hoodlums lurking all around. It was right off the main drag. Just not worth me feeling unsafe despite the low price. Paid double elsewhere to feel safe and comfortable.

The hotel was pretty dirty and the breakfast was very limited because the hotel was completely booked. However, the staff was very helpful and made the most of what they could offer

I reserved 2 rooms. Only one was ready at check in but the other person wasn’t there yet so not a big deal. When the other person checked in the room smelled and had mildew. The place was sold out but others hadn’t checked in. We were not given another room because “we accepted the room”. We were given a refund but it took jumping through hoops. The parking lot was torn up and only one building was easily accessible.

Not as clean as similar properties. Extremely limited breakfast options. Construction work was blocking many parking spaces. The property lost cable TV connection the day of our arrival. We were warned about it before check-in. We said we didn't mind it. After a night and seeing the conditions of the property, we decided to find somewhere else for the rest of our stay but staff was not willing to let us cancel the rest of the stay. Weird because we traveled with another family under the exact same conditions and they didn't give the other family any trouble with the change.

Consider other locations as well...
Motel style (i.e. park your car in front of your room) and it was noisy due to road (I-75) and several people were outside window around 12am - 1:30am making it uncomfortable to sleep. Many other options in area I will look at in future.

Everything was great here. No complaints. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was nice, the staff were all upbeat, and the breakfast was pretty nice. I'll probably stay here again in the future.

Need improvement in the customer service over all
It took 2 days to get our room cleaned, when we arrived, the broom had not been swept in the bathroom. But, the lady at the front desk on evening was very much proactive and had a very good customer service.

This was by far one of the most horrifying experiences at a hotel. The moment I arrived I was greeted with large roaches. They were very rude about me bringing this up. Staff does not wear uniform at all cannot distinguish who is actually working there very confusing. Also the staff have there kids running around the lobby it was just a very unprofessional experience at this hotel I really wish I would have picked somewhere else. If only I was not in a wheelchair and has the ability to move more I would have left right away. 0 stars terrible
