Easy to catch Gainesville RTS route 13 bus from the Regency. Can walk north to La Tienda Mexican food restaurant frim here Chopstix Asian fusion to the south if you have the stamina. $100 security deposit for incidentals is dumb as there are no incidentals

Clean but sparse- bring your own pillows & blanket
The positive: very clean (but very sparse) room, comfortable mattress, good shower, quiet room (even though we were at the front of the facility right above the office), AC worked well, less than 2 miles from UF campus The not so positive: very thin “bedspread” and only 2 pillows with no closet in the room with extra pillows or blankets. TV got very poor reception. No vanity in the bathroom - only a pedestal sink so there was no place to set toiletries. Terrible towels. No lobby, only a window-style check in. We were here on a football Saturday night so room rates were high, but not as high as many other places around. I would only pay half as much for this room any other night. To be fair, I did not go down to the check in to ask for extra pillows or blankets. They may have had some for us. All in all, if you come prepared with your own pillows, blankets, and towels for an overnight, it’s fine.

This property was not clean and the room was not clean. The fridge was not cleaned out and the sheets at plenty of stains of god knows what. I would really like a refund for this property has I then had to stay at my friends house and did not stay at the property for one night

Pictures posted are misleading. Dirty, run down, unpleasant and awful surroundings. Left after one night, knowing I would lose out on the money from the additional two nights I was supposed to be there. Didn’t care, not worth it.

The room is not at all what the pictures show. The walls are filthy, burn holes, in bed n covers, tv didn't work, ac barely blew, door to the room huge gap underneath seeing outside, none of the furniture was up to date or even matching. Not to mention i didn't even get my deposit back or refund or anything for the room

I’m happy new management took over. This place used to be a pit. The room we stayed in was clean and newer and once they clean up the outside it will be fine for a football weekend.

There was plenty to like about the property. The property is under new management and the nice remodeling of the room was appreciated. Understandably, remodeling takes time. For instance, one bed was fine in our room and the other was old, creaky, and lumpy. It would be nice to see vending machines in the lobby. The ice machine worked nicely and was appreciated.

A Great Escape from Hurricane Milton
We spent 4 nights there to escape Hurricane Milton. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had all the basics. The owners were friendly and cared about our comfort

Very old and out dated. The bathtub wouldnt work for me to wash my kids. The drain would no keep the water in. We found trash in places in our room so it wasnt cleaned well. The bedding was awful. Stains on the sheets.
