Has to stay for the night as we were tired. This is a renovated hotel. Front desk executive was helpful. Since we had a big check in bag the executive provided a room on the first floor as there are no elevators in this property. Bathroom door knob was broken. Refrigerator was not working. But since we were damn tired we got good sleep. Chose this as it was cost effective. 60 $ per night !

Noise in night from staff
The housekeeping staff are living in the hotel rooms and stay up until 3am in the middle of the night repeatedly going to each other's rooms letting doors slam, and talking in the corridor. They kept me awake.

I liked best the bathroom, clean, spacious, shower with handle bar and seat for older people, enough soap and towels. My parking spot was close to the door. But even in first floor there are a few steps. The area around this and 3 other hotels is inhabited by homeless people. I didn’t like this, but had no problem. The breakfast is very poor.

I had booked this room after midnight for what I thought was the night of but since it was after midnight it went to the next night. Honest mistake. I showed up at this property at 2 am and found out my reservation was made for the next night. I was very tired and the nice young clerk told me all I had to do was contact Expedia and they would contact them to discuss and I would be reimbursed for the night I reserved. He then rebooked me for the night I was there at the same rate. He was very helpful. The next morning I contacted Expedia to tell them the situation so they contacted the property as I was told to have them do. The property told them that it was their policy for no refunds within 24 hours. This is not was I was told by the property when I checked in. I went to the desk and explained what I was told and they stated I should not have been told that. I know from past experiences that this is possible but the day clerk would not help or accommodate. I still paid for a room for 6 hours of sleep that would not have been reserved otherwise. This property was not out anything due to my mistake and their lack of consideration to my honest mistake due to exhaustion will not be forgotten. Not good business!

We did not end up stay at this hotel, the outside and inside of this hotel was dirty. They they ran my card to make sure it was an active card before we arrived. Once we arrived. They were charging me additional fees on top of what the room rate was we found a better hotel to stay at.
