Our Grand Galena Retreat is 4500 sq ft of amazing space for your friends & family to enjoy! When you arrive, you'll have access to the garage and space to park another 3-5 cars in the driveway. Enter our home and be prepared to experience the getaway you've been wanting. The open-concept main floor features an airy family and dining room with a spectacular deck view (outdoor seating & gas grill) and beyond. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace or kick back and watch the game on our large flat-screen TV. Our dining room will easily host your holiday gathering, seating 10 at our table & 4 at the counter. There is additional seating in the kitchen for another 4, a great place for the kids or an extra spot for prep. Our stainless appliances will make cooking a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Great extra space for the adults in your group who will love our Whiskey Room. Sit back and reminisce about the day, watch TV, or play shuffleboard in a space just for you. Our primary bedroom is also on the main level with a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. Next, head upstairs to our upstairs bonus room, which offers comfortable seating and a TV and is open to below to be "close enough" to the group, but enjoy your special spot. Down the hall is an ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed, right across the hall is another ensuite bedroom w/2 Queen beds. Our lower level will excite the pool and poker players in your group! The game room also has an arcade, karaoke, fireplace & access to the outdoor deck w/hot tub. There are 3 additional bedrooms and w/attached baths on the lower level. Two have King size beds and the last has a Queen. We provide the most comfortable linens and bedding with extra pillows & blankets for maximum relaxation. Don't forget the firepit w/seating for 10 in our spacious backyard!

As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.

Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.
