Wonderful and Quiet Weekend Getaway
The villa was very clean and cozy. We brought our dog and I was very impressed by the absolute lack of evidence of any animal having stayed there before. Even though we try not to make a mess and clean up after our pet, some shedding inevitably happens! But this property was spectacularly clean. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet weekend in Galena with access to many nice amenities including pools, a fitness center, walking trails, and tennis courts--regardless of whether you're bringing along your four-legged friend!

A nice clean place close to the club house in the territories. Nice pathways around the area to walk. Wish they would accommodate 4 people since there is 2 fully functioning bathrooms on each floor.

The home was super cute, cozy and very clean. Although we were out and about for most of our stay, our time at “home” was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the birds while enjoying a glass of wine. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean property in peaceful area
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. It may very well have been the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Also, the stars look gorgeous here at night -- the first thing I noticed (no light pollution)! The roads are a bit long/winding into and out of this property complex, so I recommend turning on the brights when need be and driving slowly. Also, at first we couldn't figure out how to lock the door when leaving, but we figured out which switch to turn from the inside before leaving to do this without having to ask for help. We appreciated the instructions on what to do when leaving as well as the binder with clear information. The tea/coffee/snacks were a nice touch :) My only complaint is the box elder bugs. There were none in the bedroom or upstairs, but were a few downstairs by the patio door and window. I communicated this with the host and hopefully the winter will get rid of them. They are not harmful bugs and we still very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
