4. For days without same-day turnarounds, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2-4 hours, and a full day's rate for over 4 hours.
5. Complimentary starter firewood is provided, lasting up to 2 hours. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase additional firewood from us at an extra cost.
6. The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow plower. However, winter weather can be unpredictable, so we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or chains during the winter. Please note, refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. To ensure a hassle-free stay, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
7. Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
