Private 3BR/2BA Territory Home Nestled in the Trees

Enjoy wooded views from every window and the privacy needed for a great vacation. Our home features vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, screened in three-season room, as well as a deck. The main floor includes a master bedroom with full bath, kitchen and dining areas, and our comfortable living room. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. Perfect for a quick getaway, a weekend of golf, or longer vacation to visit the beautiful Galena Territory

Furnished with everything you may need to dine in or out and with room to stretch. The property is on just over an acre with trees in every direction and right next to one of the many walking trails that go throughout the territory.

Home includes:
- 2 bedrooms with queen beds with fresh white linens and comfortable pillows
- 1 bedroom with 2 twins with fresh white linens and comfortable pillows
- 2 full bathrooms
- Kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, pots/pans, and silverware you need if you want to cook in
- 65 inch Roku TV in the main living room plus a 43 inch Roku TV in each separate bedroom
- Gas grill available on deck
- Screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors even if it’s raining
- Keurig with pods included
- Board games to enjoy with your group
- If there are young children in your group, 2 Pack & Plays and high chairs are available as well as a small selection of kids eating utensils to make packing a breeze

There will be six Owner's Club Key cards hanging in the kitchen. With this card you will have access to the pools, fitness center, as well as the game room at the Galena Territory Owner's Club located at 2000 Territory Dr. Galena, IL.

Or enjoy downtown Galena for the day with great restaurants and shopping only 7 miles away! For winter fun and skiing there is also Chestnut Mountain Resort a short 13 mile drive from the home.

Cozy Cute and Comfortable
Our family enjoyed relaxing in this cozy house with all the amenities close to all attractions. It was nice waking up to the driveway completely snowplowed. Would suggest leaving bag of salt on porch incase of ice on walkway. The house is conveniently located for easy access to main road but yet secluded for privacy. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very comfortable and mostly very clean. There were stains on the couch and what looked like dirty rivulets of water dried on the bathroom and kitchen walls, otherwise everywhere else was very clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook.

We were 2 couples and the house is ideally set up for privacy, with a queen bedroom on each floor. Kitchen is well stocked. House is built into a hillside and we saw deer and many woodland residents. Host is very responsive. Very pleased with our accommodations.

53 years ago 6 young girls went to cosmetology school. after graduation, we lost touch with each other, but about four years ago, we all rekindled after our kids were all grown. We try and get together for a girls weekend. We looked on virbo. And found this beautiful home it was just what we needed. Thank you so much for the cleanliness the amenities that you offered and the price the location was ideal. We laughed and laughed and laughed until we cried. Hopefully, we’ll see you again next year.

The only suggestion that I am seeing at more VRBO’s is the need for many people these days that both Husband and wife needed night stands on both sides of the beds. Wonderful property nestled in the woods but still close to amenities / golf course. Rarely saw another person and certainly didn't see or hear neighbors. The house is well equipped and stocked with supplies and cookware. Beds are comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. We loved the location, access to the boat launch and the clubhouse/pool. The owner was available within minutes and helped us navigate the experience before and after. highly recommend!

The property has a lot of potential but needs updating, particularly bathrooms which have very outdated fixtures and sink heights. Cleanliness was an issue in the bathrooms and kitchen (sticky floors) and in the screened in porch. Driveway has serious pothole issues.

My sister and I brought our Mom here for her 84th birthday. This house was absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated, gorgeous views, very clean, and well stocked kitchen. Howard stayed in contact with me before and after our trip. We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. We will be making this an annual trip.
