It was nice. The trash was piling up outside. There was a hair extension at the bottom of the pool. These items were not tended to any of the 3 days we stayed there.

This hotel is top notch. The lobby is beautiful, the room comfortable, pool and hot tub very nice and breakfast is so good. They use actual dishes and silverware.

Was very nice weekend away. Spa was great and staff was friendly. Rooms were exactly as pictured very clean whirlpool in our room. Deck was a relaxing place to start the day with a cup of coffee.

The room was clean and well appointed. The property was quiet. The amenities were outstanding. Everyone on the staff I encountered was competent, professional, and pleasant. All administrative matters like check-in and out were easy and quick. It was everything a stay in a hotel should be.

The hotel and property are wonderful. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and offered a few fun moments between travelers. Everything was clean and well maintained. The mattresses. Why are some hotels equipped with comfortable mattresses, and some feel like they were bought from a store in Bedrock (The Flintstones)? This isn't the only chain with a mattress problem, but it was a problem. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again. It was that nice. We would just consider buying some mattress toppers with which to travel. Galena is definitely a destination for a quick getaway!

Relax in Galena
Having the bar from 5-10 was nice so no one had to be the dad. The deck that surrounded the back of hotel was an amazing extra seating place to relax. Easy to get in and out of and close to many fun things. Planning to return when pond area landscaped and user friendly
