If you are looking for the perfect retreat that is far enough to be away from it all, but close enough to the necessities, Oak Town Farm should be perfect for your small group or family.

Sitting near the banks of a small creek on over 20 acres of farmland there is plenty of room to spread out and relax in privacy and safety. The entire area is expansive farmland, vineyards, and hills with views in most every direction.

Countless renovations have been done in this wonderful one level home. You will find all new furnishing and décor throughout. It is the perfect blend of comfort and a bit of country style.

The three wonderfully appointed bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kids or young adults will love the twin over full bunk room. Each room is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy during your stay. As nice as it is inside, most spend as much time as possible outside.

Iler Creek runs just behind the home. Crossing that you will have access to more of the private farmland that is part of the property. You will find multiple vineyards just a few miles away both north and south of your location. The beach is less an hour away to the west so day trips are an easy option as well. Please feel free to reach out with any questions at all.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Loved this place!!
We had an amazing experience here! Perfect location, so quiet and a beautiful clean house. Had everything we needed and we were comfortable and happy with everything. We had our kiddos so we didn’t get to enjoy the wineries but it was about 15 to groceries, food, Brewhouse in Forest Grove and other neighboring cities. We loved watching the deer every morning and evening come up the driveway and around to the back of the house. Kids had fun exploring down by the stream just outside the back door practically. Check in was streamlined and ample and communication with property management was always super fast and above and beyond. Favorite VRBO we have stayed at so far!

The house was immaculate and in the most tranquil setting. It was the perfect place to get away and just unplug . The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved watching the deer visit the property in the mornings and evenings. It was a beautiful view to wake up to every morning.

This house is in a quiet and relaxing area, but still close to tourist areas. From here we could get to the coast or to Portland in less than an hour. This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel in a busier area.

Quiet, Clean Farmhouse
Oak Star Farms is a clean, well-maintained home that was a nice spot for our family to play board games, read, and relax between Portland and the Pacific Ocean. Highlights for us: - The grill was very clean and was easy for us to use. We're accustomed to having to clean off grills at vacation rentals, so this was a welcome surprise. - The beds were terrific and very comfortable - The large table was terrific for the board games we brought. - The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. - The appliances are in good condition and work well. We knew that the location would be well off the beaten path, and were looking forward to the solitude. Be advised that there are no gas/groceries opportunities in Gales Creek so be prepared with everything you need for a good first morning when you arrive. Nearest groceries are about 15 minutes away in Forest Grove, and we ended up heading about 30 minutes into Hillsboro for a restaurant. We were able to easily do things in Hillsboro/Portland and Tillamook/Rockaway Beach so that option worked well for us.

We had a great time during our family vacation. The property was great, very clean, spacious, beds and furniture were great. The location was awesome as we did many day trips to the Coast, Portland, Wine Valley, all within a 45-1 hour drive. We would defiantly stay here again.
