When taking a shower the tub did not drain along with the shower rack being broken. No locks on the windows is a big safety concern. Hardly any towels in the room. Pillows were hard as a rock.

2nd time weve stayed here 1st time was excellent. Sad to say this year not as pleased. Didnt get our room cleaned (5day stay) when we asked they said they didnt even have us registered. Cleaned room next day but locked us out.

Good Galesburg hotel. Some minor things need to be fixed but you can tell the staff take pride and care. Not the most convenient area if you want to be downtown, but has lots of amenities nearby.

The reason I am only giving this property a 3 is because my second night, which was a Saturday, there was loud construction outside my window until 1:00am. If not construction then I’m not sure what it was. Second, no one cleaned my room the night I stayed over. Third, the TV’s remote was not paired with the TV. And, finally, they closed breakfast down early Sunday - 10:15; whereas, Saturday morning, breakfast was still open until 10:45. It would be one thing if I was being hosted under these conditions, but I paid this hotel owner for a 2 night stay a little under $800 for the privilege, in order to visit my daughter during the weekend at college in Galesburg.

Rooms were fine. Very soft tiny pillows. Average. The breakfast was terrible. Had to eat breakfast out each day. I kept on asking for extra towels because they’d only give me 2 a day. Shower had no fan so the moisture was intense. It required a lot of toweling. Was decent for the area.

The continental breakfast was very good. A lot of variety. The only drawback was that the people above us made a lot of noise when they walked. It woke us up

Noisy, parking lot parties into the early morning, room parties into the early morning. I got no room service as far as cleaning. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign. I can hardly discuss the bedbug issue. I had to get out of there.
