The motel itself is very difficult to find. It's attached to a TA, a national chain of truck stops on the interstate highways. I passed it twice, as there is no billboard or sign on the road or highway marking where the property is located. BY FAR the biggest thing needing notation, is the freight train schedule. The train horns sounds every hour, at least at the :15 or :45 minute mark all through the night, and it is LOUD AF! Even with white noise, blinders and earplugs, this was a difficult night 'sleep', if you can call it that. The Staff is helpful, if not a little condescending. The doors to the rooms have a double set of handles and locks, only one of which is operable. The Key Card mechanism is disabled, and the Key lock is the only one that works, but it is tricky to operate. I am 50 years old, and I am well traveled and familiar with the old and new ways the doors work; this 'system' is weird, plain and simple. There was difficulty getting in, then difficulty in switching rooms, then switching back, and then (being a teacher) I took offense as to how I was spoken to for the operating of the door, ergo the condescending comment. The room was clean-ish, the bed was nice, soft and clean, the shower needs work (both the tub (dirty and rusty) and the shower head dodgy, at best), the aircon is noisy and the blackout curtains do not fill the window, therefore missing the purpose they have. Breakfast is included, but only after 7am. Rating Overall: 6.5/10 stars.

Bad hotel
The room was not what I ordered or asked for or paid for the receptionist at the front desk lied when I asked her if this room was a king size with an accessible bathroom said yes it is got in it and it was a full size bed no accessible bathroom called about a week earlier and asked the same question and was told yes everything's fine that was a lie was not very friendly at all I would not stay there again and I do not recommend anybody else to stay there they lied to you and don't offer you what you ask for next to a train track and a train goes through about every hour.

I was quite impressed with this hotel for the price!! And included in the price is breakfast at the restaurant. We didn't take advantage, but if you subtract 2 breakfast menu prices from the hotel total, you are getting the room ridiculously cheap. The room was clean and had no bugs. There was a dirty bath towel hanging behind the door so i marked them down a star. There is also a huge waste pool behind the property. You can't smell it at the hotel, but don't go for a walk. I would stay again and def recommend!!
