Outdoor living here is fantastic. There is a large balcony and front porch that are perfect spots to enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail while admiring stunning sunrises or watching the Mardi Gras Parade. A gorgeous enclosed patio is also available and is perfect for entertaining.

Inside, the home boasts a unique floor plan with the main living area and primary suite on the second floor. Wind down in the bright and airy living room, furnished with an extensive sofa right in front of a huge smart TV with streaming services.
