HOUSE KEEPING STOLE STUFF FROM OUR ROOM!!
My wife’s very pricey shoes got stolen out of our room when house keeping cleaned. We approached the front desk to report it. They said they could not do anything about it. So we called the police to file a report. The officer was very nice. When he asked the hotel if they had a log of who cleaned that day and who was in our room the hotel informed him that the have no log. So he requested video surveillance. The hotel then said the don’t have camera on the floor we stayed on. We never got the shoes back and staff was rude after this happened. We will never stay here again in any city we visit.

The hotel is in need of repair. The outside locked doors did not shut and had to be pulled closed otherwise they remained propped open. The room had mold and the floors were extremely dirty. Overall, disappointed in the stay, especially for the cost. I could have spent $150 more for our 2 night stay and stayed at Grand Galvez, but chose this property as generally, DoubleTree has always been wonderful.

Our stay was cancelled, we were then charged almost double to re-book at the hotel. The management offered no help or solution and were rude. Rooms are beyond dirty, rusty, mouldy - the hotel is a shambles and an embarrassment to the Hilton organisation.

Loved where the hotel is located. Enjoyed the balcony . The bathroom wasn’t clean enough. No small mirror to use and lighting weak. The shower drain cover is loose. The biggest yuck that I reported and took pic is that the top sheet over the comforter had blood on it.

We rented the most expensive room at this hotel. The balcony was much smaller than expected and it was constantly wet and therefore unusable for sitting outside. The floor on the balcony was like slippery and not safe to walk on. The room was extremely smaller. The description of the room indicated that there would be a bathtub, there was not. The door to the balcony had a one inch opening that would not close, even after the door was locked. The staff was great but please don't believe the pictures. They are very exaggerated and do not honestly represent the hotel on the inside.

Disappointed 😞
It was clean, but carpets were stained and worn horribly. Ottoman was a ball that was not comfortable at all, bed lop-sided, shower tiles cracked, a/c extremely noisy and inefficient, balcony door sticky and rusted. They should not have charged for parking, and room was over priced for off season.
