I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Galveston, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Having been a frequent visitor to the island since 2004, I can confidently say this has been my best experience yet. The customer service was exceptional, the location perfect, and the staff were nothing short of amazing. From the moment we checked in, Marissa T. made us feel welcome. She handled our check-in smoothly and even accommodated a special request for my elderly parents, ensuring our three-day stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast offerings were fantastic, and the convenience of being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops made our trip even more enjoyable. A big shoutout to Marissa T. for her professionalism and friendliness—she truly made our stay memorable! My entire family agreed that her knowledge and efficiency at the front desk exemplified leadership, and we thought she should be the manager! Overall, this hotel has everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Beachfront Hotel
This Holiday Inn is directly across from the beach and has several restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful. It is a very long walk to the downtown area and museums. If you are there for the beach it's perfect.

We walked to the pier and had a great time! However, the a/c was LOUD, I had to sleep with earplugs. The restaurant next door was great, but the noisy kids in the courtyard were playing games right outside our window. Also, when we woke up, there was an old blood stain on the comforter. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed here after returning from our cruise to Galveston. It’s a perfect location, right across from the pier, as well as near wonderful, walkable dining options. Front desk ladies were fantastic, and held our luggage for us until our room was ready so we can go eat. Super clean hotel. Would stay here again in a second. Thank you!

Robert was exceptional. We had a beautiful view of the gulf. Had to pay for parking, but the parking garage was large and easy to walk to. I had 2 rooms and they charged me $100 for incidentals per room. They did not refund those charges even though we had no charges to our room. I booked through Expedia for a total charge of $532 however the hotel charged me $772. I understand $40 was for parking because we only had 1 car. However i feel the $200 for incidentals should have been refunded.
