This is the 3rd and LAST time we will stay at this property. The first visits were fine, which is why we came back. This time not so much.
Understaffed, or unconcerned Im not sure which, but it was a mess. To start, our balcony room is right next to the elevator and everyone stepping off the elevator seemed to be yelling down the hall. Next our ac unit sounded like an airplane taking off everytime it turned on. When we asked for a diffrent room we were basically told that thats what we got, unless we wanted 2 beds, we didnt, or we wanted to pay for an upgrade, we didnt. Good customer service would have just upgraded us to move, since the hotel was basically empty the 2nd night.
Next the "hot" breakfast was empty. Pancake maker was empty, and hot food was all but empty. When our party and another asked if they could change out the needed products we were met with attitude and cursing under their breath. We talked to another group and they said they had been there for days and it had been that bad the whole time. There wasnt even basic coffee and hot water.
The "security" door that faces The Spot in the tiny alleyway is suppose to be a key in for saftey. However, its broke just as it was a year ago when we reported it to staff so just anyone can walk in and hop on an elevator to wonder around.
Only redeeming quality is the place is relatively clean.
Save your money and time, and avoid bad service and subpar balcony views, I know we will in the future.
