It was the second time staying here. I was on the 2nd floor and the people above me had kids that ran,jumped and fell on the floor until 1am. My phone in my room did not work. If you want quit so you can sleep make sure you ask for the top floor.

Checked in on Sunday and was staying through the following Sunday. At check in made it clear that there was to be no service in my room during my entire stay. That I would exchange towels, etc. as needed during my stay. I made a point of stopping by the front desk a second time that same day as check in to confirm no service. I had an overlapping reservation in New Orleans so I wouldn’t be in my room for a couple of days. On Monday before heading to New Orleans I again stopped by the front desk to confirm no service. I returned on Wednesday afternoon - upon my return it was clear staff was in my room. My things had been moved on every surface, etc. I had made a point of videoing the room prior to my departure so I knew exactly how it was left. This was incredibly upsetting to know staff had been in my room and that my things had been moved throughout the entire room. I immediately called the front desk and asked for a manager and was advised that there was none available until the following day. The next morning I came down and spoke with the manager who did state it was made clear to housekeeping and he was surprised staff had been in my room and that my things had been moved. He stated he would speak to the staff and he then stated if we were being charged for parking that would bot be charged. Saturday comes around and after being out for the late morning into the early afternoon and returning to the hotel - it was clear that staff had again entered my room.

The view was awesome. The room was very clean. The only cons that I have are that I thought a stove top was included especially with a full fridge, microwave and a dishwasher We kept getting kicked out the Wi-Fi and the cable kept buffering we had to keep refreshing it. We couldn't hook the firestick to the television

Weather sucked but the stay at the hotel was great! My wife and I will definitely be back!! Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly, and room and whole hotel was nice and clean!

Great location. It was a very busy weekend due to a motorcycle rally but it wasn't too bad. You could hear the vroom vrooms but it didn't keep me up so I have no issues with it. The staff seemed nice and helpful. Good options for food close by.

My preference is always Home2 Suites due to the rooms having the sink, fridge, dishwasher. This recent time our rooms kitchen area had ants everywhere and small roaches. First time having an issue with the rooms. Apart from that, we still like this facility and love the front desk staff in the PM.
