Look, I really never leave reviews in general, but I feel like on their side they should specify their parking situation. The bartenders ought to be friendly. The carpet shouldn’t feel like it’s mildewy. I’m honestly appalled that I had to book a stay here, the only thing grand was the bill at the end of my stay. Jesus!

It was nice hotel to spend annniversary or weekend vacation but a bit busy. Coffee shop was closing when I was there. I had my facial at the spa, one staff said wait for the staff to get me,... I was waiting and waiting however no one come, so I had to ask another staff. I was waiting for 15 minutes without any services.

The property is gorgeous and really felt like stepping back in time. The staff were friendly and professional. However, the parking situation is not so good. No place to park and valet closed at check-in (which is late at 4:00pm) because of no place to park. Therefore, the checkin process was stressful. Was told to check in, give bags to my 14 y/o to bring to the room while I park my car. It was a cluster to say the least. Parking garage was available across the street for 20 bucks a day. The shower was also not the best d/t height of tub wall and slick tub floor. Room was small but comfy.
