This twice before you use hotels.com and property
Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. They said they will contact us when the second room was available, but they never did, I had to contact them after several hours. We were not informed that the hotel was under construction when we made the booking. One of the amenities they offered was the mini golf, but the course was unplayable, they probably think that they don't have to maintain the amenities seeing that it is included with the stay

Humidity made everything wet
The staff was friendly and helpful. Was not a terrible hotel. But our sheets were wet, which made it very uncomfortable. Every time we left the room we came back and everything was damp. Not sure if it’s some setting we were supposed to change on the air condition unit. Or just the beach air was super humid.

Room smelt like mold and we found dead roaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Sheets were dirty and the fridge smelt like stale milk. We made it about an hour before moving to a different hotel for the trip. Do not recommend.

Although it was under remodle construction this hidden gem was wonderful. It is off the beaten path and very quiet. The rooms were large and very clean. We will stay here again.

The property was very clean and inviting but the bed was extremely hard. I don't normally complain especially if it was for one night. The bed was so hard that it felt as if we were sleeping on plywood covered by a few blankets. We got in late at night and stayed because we were leaving for a cruise the next day. I sleep on my side and ended up having a bruise on my hip, I don't bruise easy.
