Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the Historic Pleasure Pier and the beaches at the Seawall.

Pet policy: Pets are allowed. Dog must be under 35 pounds. All pets need to be approved.

Parking: STREET PARKING ONLY: We allow for 2 cars to park on the street.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

This charming guest home is nestled right before a lovely historic home on a quiet street. The guest house offers a comfortable layout that perfectly blends together modern convenience with the unique character of a bygone era. The home is is located above the garage. and features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. This is a great space to relax, gather, and prepare meals. A full bathroom is between two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed to sleep a total of 4 people. One additional person can sleep on the living room sofa.

This home is the perfect little gem for unwinding after a day of exploring the beach or the Strand District. It is also a great place to stay before or after a cruise to relax in Galveston without feeling rushed. This is a guest house and the homeowners do occupy the neighboring home. We are sure this unique space and amenities will make your Galveston getaway truly memorable.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets must be under 35 pounds and must be approved.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
