Convenient to the Ferry and Cruise port. Newly added shuttle service made our experience pleasant. Shuttle staff very friendly providing prompt and courteous service. This is an old property and needs work but room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We are familiar with this area and have stayed many times prior to cruising. We are able to leave our car parked while cruising, and a shuttle takes us to port and brings us back after cruise!

I did not actually stay there. The front desk had no key cards, and it was going to be a two-hour wait for the manager to bring some. I was lucky, because after walking inside the front office, I did not want to stay there. The poor guy on duty said he would cancel my reservation, so now I'm waiting and hoping that it doesn't show up on my credit card.

"I would not recommend staying at this place"
"I would not recommend staying at this place with family, solo or for a business trip. The rooms were extremely dirty and the bedding had a terrible smell, indicating that they had not been washed for months. On the day of my check-out, I had a meeting from 9:30 to 10:30, but at 10 am, they disconnected the Wi-Fi because the checkout time was 11 am. Overall, it was a very bad experience."

ya gotta take the good with the bad. Bad news is that the place is old and run down. toilet didn’t work, there was literally graffiti on the bathroom door in our room, and everything that I touched, like lamps etc, had a greasy dirty dusty film on it as if it were never cleaned… ever… the Good News, is that customer service is good, if you go on a cruise, they will let you park your car there FREE for a week!!! also, they have a CHEAP cruise port shuttle to and from the port and they are awesome… so for me, the bed was comfy and I had a roof over my head so I would stay there again.

Needs updating. Hard to charge mobile devices with plug ins away from night stand Shower head leaked and distance great pressure Remote batteries were dead and the replacement batteries were very weak as well Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was nice to walk to the ferry and enjoy a short ride and see some dolphins. Pool was too cool to enjoy but it is March. Overall, would stay again
