We were in Ireland for ten days, driving from town to town. We stayed at about four different hotels and Harbour Hotel was my favorite. It was within walking distance of the town center with lots of shopping. The rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff was very friendly. It also has convenient parking for e10. We added the breakfast. The food was good, but they ran out of a lot of items and seemed to be a bit understaffed. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff helpful. The bar was nice. Walkable everywhere and especially being on Galway Bay, walking the promenade was so beautiful and spiritual. I would come back!

Great location. 5 minutes walk to shopping, dining and sites. Not on the main tourist streets so you don't have to deal with the crowds when you go back to the hotel. Only 10 minutes walk to either train or bus station so very convenient if you aren't driving a car. Staff was very friendly and they even got us in our room even though we were earlier than regular check-in time.

Great staff. I mean REALLY great. Parking was outstanding-safe and convenient. The metal junk yard adjacent to property was not great. Not sure what to do about that. It would not stop me from staying again; just not pleasant.

This hotel was a short walk to the pedestrian area which we strolled around. However, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant with Precious as our wonderful server. The drinks were good; the food was pretty good. The breakfast the next morning was quite good. The staff at the front desk was quite responsive to the couple of requests we had.
