This apartment invites to go out with your coffee to the spacious terrace every morning and meet the first sun beams whilst admiring the daily routine of the streets and getting all the energy you need to enjoy a great day at the beach. Because this apartment allows you to get to know the lively town centre and, at the same time, spend the day at the beach which is less that 6 km away.

Inside, the perfect combination of styles gives a special character to this apartment, located on the first floor of a building without lift. When you enter, you're welcomed by a modern kitchen -with a ceramic hob- open to the dining area which, on the other hand, boasts an antique furniture. Next, you find the air-conditioned living-dining room where you can organise a great evening or rest watching the TV. Then, the corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms, all with a closet. One of the bedrooms has twin beds, another has a single bed and the last one has a double bed an space for a baby cot -a high chair also is available-. The bathroom in the accommodation has a shower. And the laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The location of this apartment is perfect if you like the city since it's in the centre of Gandía. You'll find all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc nearby. The nearest beach is Playa de Venecia about 5.8 km away, the next golf course is the one in Oliva Nova, about 17.6 km and the train and bus station are just 1 km away on foot.
