Stay at this quaint and cozy retreat on a large lot with a private pool! This home has been recently updated. It has new furniture, refinished floors, a new kitchen, electrical, and a newly resurfaced Gunite pool. This large home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a generous living room, den, dining room, and large kitchen. Sitting on over 1.5 acres of private land, this home offers a great space for cooking out, swimming, or a bonfire at night, making it perfect for hosting your group!
There are many things to do when staying in upstate NY. You will be 2 minutes to Moreau State Park, fast and easy access to I87 (Adirondack Northway), 15 minutes to either Lake George, Saratoga Springs, Spac or the Saratoga Race Track. The grocery store is 10 minutes away. Several restaurants all within 5- 20 minutes. Skii? West Mountain, Gore, and Killington are all a short drive away. This makes it the ideal location!

A Home Away From Home
My wife, one of our grown children and I needed a place to stay for 3 days at Thanksgiving. The home met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It is very clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped
