DON’T FALL FOR THIS MISREPRESENTATION
Unsafe area, dirty, Horrible Front Desk Person & Manager on phone. Tried to double charge me on a stay I already charged through Hotels.com. Also no way to pay cash & then when you check out there is a high charge for paying vis credit card! This is a cashless hotel & they up charge you?? Also the restaurant isn’t open! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, I visited several smaller places & even though they didn’t show as well online they offered mote & were safer!

Booked on hotels.com asked if I wanted to pay now or at the property. Choose to pay at property. Check in 3 pm card was charged at 8 am way before we checked in and we were going to change cards at property. Didn’t have enough funds on that card so when we got to property asked to change cards which we did. Stayed for two nights and at checkout double checked that card was changed yet in fact it was only placed on file to charge the second night not the whole stay. Lady at desk that morning was very helpful and removed my card and requested refund which will take 3-5 business days. This ended up screwing up my parking at the airport upon returning home bc the same card was on file and didn’t have funds on it. Not a big deal but there was a restaurant on site but sign on wall said closed 9/8 and 9/9 but then it wasn’t not open 9/10 either. Overall nice hotel away from busy downtown and room was cozy. In future if it says pay at property don’t charge my card before I get there.

Hotel was just what I was looking for . Affordable, safe, clean and near downtown. No restaurant, no pool .. but that is not what I was wanted. Will stay again

This was a good base for spending time in Savannah. We had a king-bed room. It was mostly great. The building was clearly a recently flipped hotel. The only issues was that the AC couldn’t be set lower than 67 so our room was still somewhat warm and humid at night since it was so hot outside. It also didn’t help that the bathroom didn’t have a vent fan and had a barn style door that doesn’t really keep the steam from the shower in. But everything else was good.

The room was comfortable and this was a new facility, but the breakfast was basic. The restaurant was independent from the hotel didn’t open until 1100

This hotel is fairly new and a very easy commute to downtown and Riverwalk. They made excellent use of the space in this room, very small but had all the conveniences. We like staying in 5* hotels or the newer hotels due to cleanliness, this one did not disappoint. Once the on site eatery gets established it should be very nice as well. The food aroma were so enticing. Special thanks for extra special customer servivce from Angela and Larisha!
