Nice overnight stay.
The room was clean. Bathroom was well stocked. The sink was kind of odd. The curved part had broken off and put together by some caulk glue. It didn't seem secure and can be potentially dangerous to someone staying there in the future. Check-in checkout was easy. The breakfast was standard stuff but good.

Felt very comfortable and cozy during my stay. Searing around lobby and into buffet area, very clean with plenty of tables and tv’s. Lived having the buffet breakfast down there. Pool area I door’s was great, wouldn’t even know it was in the 40’s outside. Room cleanliness I would give a 9 out of 10. Amenities were good. Would definitely stay again.

Our neighbor tv was so loud you could hear it through the walls and people kept slamming doors and yelling in the hallway at night that we barely got any sleep. Didn’t know about cost for parking either which would have been nice to know beforehand. Would have stayed at the other hotel we thought about.

The staff were just ok. The room had lots of outlets and plugs for electronics, etc. it was clean disappointed that the movies playing in the lobby were not available in hotel rooms. Hated the banging of the doors especially early morning risers. There is no way to close doors quietly so hard to sleep in. The food was just ok. Didn’t see yogurt or granola. The location was good for me being near family. I think I would stay somewhere else should I go to Garden City again. Didn’t use the pool or gym. It was a busy holiday weekend.

It was a mixed bag. This was the second time I requested a suite from Hotels.com and didn't receive one. I thought the room was rather dingy and the lighting insufficient. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was preparing a legal document and discovered that the hotel did not have an operable business center. One of the front desk staff was of great help in getting my document printed on their fron desk printer.

I will never rent from them again. They charged for the parking spot without informing the customer. I was just surprised with the charge on my credit card.

Property and breakfast was decent. The area is safe and quiet with a lot of parking. Only 1 elevator working and it's very slow also they charge for parking which is $10/day. Overall the stay was nice and we didn't have any issues.
