When I went inside the bathroom there was a towel that had a black stain on it supposed to be clean. Also we had a very loud noise in our room. Seemed like a vent maybe it was such a loud noise it kept myself and 3 year old son up until 3 am. It was very disturbing and exhausting after driving 5 hours to get to the hotel to that noise.
