I didn’t like how bad the room smelled like old grease and the carpet in the hallway had way too much carpet fresh on it. You should probably get new carpet or shampoo it instead! Front Desk staff wasn’t friendly and if you have a reservation for a week it would be nice to be told how to get new towels etc… We went to get new towels and were told we had to go back up and get all the old ones. How would I know the protocol without being told!

The room was recently renovated modern looking and had appliances that worked. Air conditioner worked perfectly , the laundry room was very helpful for my long term stay.

We had to move rooms because of construction workers constant music day and night. The floor in both rooms was filthy. When i went into the shower after walking on the floors the shower floor was black from the floors. They were in the process of changing locks and we had not let them in for a couple days become we were not in the room. We had come back from disney were my husband bought me earrings. I left the bag with the earring on the table in the kitchenette in cear view were the worker was changing the locks. We all left the room at the same time. This man had a key to our room. When we came back the back with the earrings was gone. We told the manager and she did not care and said it wasn't her worker. He was the only one who had a key i have no doubt he took the earrings. I also was looking all over for the earrings and when i looked at the top shelf i found a package mailed to a person that had three or four packets of medications in it. I dont understand why the cleaning people did not find this long ago. It had a date of 01/24 on it. It was for worms and skin and hair lice as i looked up the medication. I also found some kind of brown hard material stuck to the sheet. This place was disgusting and dirty and their employee stole my earrings that i know were left on the table. I will be sharing this review with whoever i can to caution people about staying here

My husband and I were there for our Honeymoon at Disneyland. The staff was great, especially the lady that checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the room, it was clean, roomy, and the complete kitchen was great!

The property was decent. You could tell that this hotel was owned by a previous older company that was outdated. It wasn’t bad. I could hear those who were above me walking all night, so the walls and floors are a bit thin.

Property is okay for the price. Only complaint is the rooms are clean however have a foul smell. We reserved two rooms and both smelled musty. I did bring this to the check in employee and she did not do anything about it, they know the rooms smell and there is nothing they can do. I asked for a spray or deodorizer and she stated they did not have. If you have allergies do not stay here! If you do bring Fabreeze and or air purifier.

First room was dirty. Got a second room, which the kry didn't work. Front desk provided a second set of keys, still didn't work. Funally yhe room I did get had a rotten water smell. Front desk staff was helpful in trying to fix the different issues I encountered.

Musty rooms with comfortable beds
Booked this room last minute, there wasn't much availability in the area within our business budget. This hotel was a good location for work, the bed was comfortable and i loved having a full size fridge and freezer. However the room smelled so strong of a cleaning chemical the forst night, we had to sleep with thw window open to not feel sick. The 2nnd and 3rd night the cleaner smell wore off and we were left with a musty, like there may have been a moisture problem. My water bottles and clothes all smelled musty after leaving. I was also suspicious of mosquitos in the room. I never saw them, but i woke up with a few new bites around my ankles everyday.

First time staying at this location, was happy with the room we were given, spacious and clean. Not that far from Disneyland park (8-9) min drive, but overall a great clean location.
