The newly built holiday home is located in the middle of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and offers many possibilities with its central location. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Garmisch pedestrian zone with its many shops and shopping facilities. Despite its central location, the K4 is in a quiet residential area. Hiking trails, a bus stop, the Classic ski area, cross-country ski trails on Lake Riessersee and other sights can also be reached quickly and easily. The modern and exclusively equipped "K4" is the ideal holiday accommodation for your next vacation.
The newly built holiday home is located in the middle of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and offers many possibilities with its central location. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Garmisch pedestrian zone with its many shops and shopping facilities. Despite its central location, the K4 is in a quiet residential area. Hiking trails, a bus stop, the Classic ski area, cross-country ski trails on Lake Riessersee and other sights can also be reached quickly and easily.
The spacious living room with its modern and comfortable furnishings offers plenty of space for the whole family. A large flat screen TV is available for a cozy evening in front of the TV. The open kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher gives the living area a very special flair. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. You can easily reach the south-facing terrace via the living room and enjoy your coffee in a relaxed manner.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with double beds. From the bedroom you can access the spacious south-southwest balcony, which offers an excellent view of the surrounding Wetterstein Mountains. The upper floor has a spacious bathroom with double sink, shower, bath and toilet. In the basement there is another bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa (flat screen TV) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Great location, Comfortable house. Spent 5 days there. Bus stop was only 2 blocks away and the property came with free bus passes. So we either walked downtown or rode the bus to where we needed to go. Our only complaint would be that the showers didn't have shelves to set your soap & shampoo on.

Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. Simple check-in and out. Lovely comfortable house in easy proximity to all Garmisch has to offer, plus a nice outside area with a beautiful view. (If one is to be in town, and not actually on a mountain) Pleasant and accommodating manager. We will be back. We were 5, 3 adults, 2 children, and it was plenty of room. Could also accommodate 6 with ease.

Tolles Haus
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und toll eingerichtet. Es ist alles neu und gepflegt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man kann toll kochen und sich selbst verpflegen. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein extra WC und ein weites Bad nur mit Dusche. Wir haben zu dritt hier Urlaub gemacht und hatten einen Hund dabei für den der eingezäunte Garten ein Traum war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Alles ist genau wie auf den angegeben Bildern.
