Modern house in the village Garriguella, near Figueras, Llançà and the more lovely beaches of Costa Brava and Empordà. The building has a big surface (more than 500 sqm) and it is inside a huge parcel (about 2,000 sqm). The house has 4 rooms, all in suite, 4 full bathrooms, a large dinning room, a living room and fully-equipped kitchen/office in two areas. The garden has 300 sqm and there is a private swimming-pool, a barbecue area, deck chairs and a ping-pong table.

In the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen/office close to a big dinning-room with a fireplace. Next to the dinning room there is a large living-room, full of light with a leather sofa. In this open area, there are the stairs to the upper floor.
In the 300 sqm garden there is a swimming pool and deck chairs. Also in the ground floor, in front of the house, there is 70 sqm covered area with a barbecue and a big table.
The light is the main feature of all the areas in this modern house. In the upper floor there are 4 in suite big bedrooms, all with fully-equipped bathrooms.
Cot/crib is available on request and the house has a ping-pong house.
To sum up, Garriguella Empordà Costa Brava has all the equipment to a luxury stay till 12 people.

Very quiet place inside Garriguella village, southern of Albera massif (Natural Park Site), 17 kms away form Fugeras (Dalí museum) and 12 kms away of Costa Brava beaches (Llançà).
From Figueres train station, there is possible to arrive to the house by regional buses (www.ampurdanbus.cat). Nevertheless, the better option is with car, so it is easy to move across Empordà and Costa Brava.
Garriguella is very close to the Roses gulf where there are Ampuriabrava, Empúries Greco-Roman ruins and the Empordà Marsh, a bird sanctuary.
