Enjoy this charming 50 square meters duplex for 7 people located in the "Les Marines de Gassin" residence, with direct access to the beach and a superb 650 m² lagoon pool (open from mid-June to the end of September).

This apartment, located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

A significant advantage: its 10 square meters terrace with a sea view!

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps) and an open, equipped kitchen, 1 cabin bedroom with two bunk beds, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a private balcony, 1 bathroom with toilet, a desk area, and a loft bed.

For your comfort: refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, and coffee maker.

Geräumige Wohung in zentraler Lage
Sehr schön und zentral gelegene Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Insbesondere die zentrale Lage mit recht kurzen Anfahrtswegen zu allen schönen Flecken der Halbinsel St. Tropez. Danke auch für die nette und unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Wohnungsübergabe.
