This less crowded entrance provides access to epic hiking trails and peaceful fishing spots along Greenbrier Creek. After your outdoor escapades, relax at our ridge-top chalet, where the vantage point unveils mesmerizing views of the Smokies.

🏞 To enjoy the mountain views, one must navigate the mountain roads, which are steep, winding, and sometimes narrow and unlit. Though the driveway is very steep, it is paved and wide. Just take it slowly, and you'll be a pro mountain driver in no time!

❄ 4WD is necessary in the winter months if there is snow or ice!! A snow/ice storm usually happens at least once in December or January. ❄

🎦 Security Cameras: For your safety, 3 Ring cameras are facing out from the front door, towards the driveway, and the parking lot. They always record any movement in their field of view, and these recordings are stored.
🧴 Toiletries: We provide a starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and makeup wipes in each bathroom. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when this supply runs out.

🔥 Firewood for the fire pit is not provided. We do provide firestarters, lighter, and skewers.
🐞 The region is still very much "the untamed mountains", so wildlife and insects are pervasive. This is especially true of ladybugs and their look-alike cousins, the Asian Beetle. We take every precaution and employ a monthly pest prevention program with a licensed exterminator. Despite that, you may still encounter them and other small insects or critters in or around the home. This includes black bears, raccoons, and thousands of other species.🐻

♨ HOT TUB SAFETY RULES:
1. Shower with soap and water before you enter.
2. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly.
3. No jumping or diving.
4. Do not bring glass in or near hot tub.
5. Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medication during hot tub use.
6. Elderly persons must consult doctor before use.
7. Pregnant women must consult doctor before use.
8. Children must be supervised by an adult.
9. Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 degrees fahrenheit.
10. Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry.
11. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness must consult with a doctor before entering hot tub.
12. Replace hot tub cover after each use.
13. Do not sit or lie down on hot tub cover.
14. Turn off high jets after use.
15. Do not use soaps or oils in hot tub.
16. Pets are not allowed in hot tub under any circumstances.
