The hotel isn’t brand new or perfect but our room was nice, clean, no complaints. Perfect location, we walked to everything except art community and national park. We would stay here again. Be sure to grab a complimentary cookie at the desk each day!

The room smelled of urine, the carpets were so dirty that our feet got dirty walking on them. The furniture was filthy. The bed was worn out and sagging.

At the hotel each room is allowed one vehicle. They have an unmonitored overflow parking 1 block over. The car parked in this lot had damage (light scratches) on all four of the doors. Cannot feel them but easily seen during the daytime. Also the shower drain runs slow. We informed housekeeping and the front desk but it was not addressed. Also the pool was cold the first day, but after we mentioned it the water was very pleasant the second night.

We always stay at this location when we visit gatlinburg and are usually happy. This time we had a blip when we checked in and it took longer than needed especially after a long drive. Also, the breakfast was slacking a little. The French toast was hard and inedible. No yogurt, or bananas. The line was always out of something. We only saw 1 person and that is too much for 1 person to handle. Happy they had over flow parking but we should always be able to park on property. We also paid a lot for this weekend we usually book 2 rooms but it was too expensive.
