Had booked for a single kingbed room with balcony. However, on reaching the property, was informed by the check in staff of a half balcony room available where chairs could not be used. Had to be content with a 2queen bed room.

The property was clean and the workers were nice and friendly. The problem is that there is not enough parking on site. So if you get there late you have to park a couple of blocks away.

We stayed for 2 nights while in the Gatlinburg area. It’s a step down from a Hampton Inn but for the price it was clean and conveniently located to the parkway shops and restaurants. Nothing fancy but did the job for a crash pad.

It was very clean, the staff was excellent. It was walkable to downtown & of coarse the excellent free breakfast. Bacon, eggs, waffles ,potatoes biscuits/ gravy. Saves you ALOT of time and money. Great stay!

Hotel is very clean - about 3 blocks from stri - but very old but has been updated - very pricey for what you get - kinda of isolated area at night very dark - did not feel at ease walking back from strip

The whole staff beginning with Maurice at the front desk were extremely kind and courteous throughout our stay. My family noticed the hotel grounds and common areas were very well kept. We used the computer for a project and found that helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and well stocked. We loved that it was walkable to all entertainment, restaurants and attractions.We enjoyed our extended weekend stay. Friday -Monday. We would stay here again.
