Located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Remodeled in Spring of 2022.
Our premier NO PETS / NO SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and large wall mounted flat screen TV, custom décor with plantation blinds..
The kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets, a new four burner glass topped electric stove, toaster, large microwave, new frost free refrigerator w/ top freezer. Has 12 cup Drip coffee maker & Single cup Keurig coffee maker.
There are ample nice utensils, upscale dishes and stainless steel cookware.
The den has a large flat screen TV and DVR along with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Premium 7" mattress Queen size bed suitable for up to 2 KIDS.
It has two new very comfortable matching Lazy-boy rocker recliners.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
The den has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and four chairs overlooking the outside pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
There is an ashtray on the balcony table for smokers, since this is a no smoking unit.
Since this is a NO Pet condo, Guest will be evicted if a pet is found in the condo and Guest is required to pay an additional $500 deep cleaning so future guests will not suffer from any allergies from pet dander or other remnants from your pet.
Please contact owner for possible added cleaning charges if you have any animal that you want to bring, including any Verified service animal.

The condo was very nice and exceptionally clean. The furniture was very comfortable. It was about a 6 minute walk down the hill to the strip saving a lot of money on parking. Sam and his wife have a great place here that you can tell they take great pride in.

Great Experience!!!
We usually stay in a cabin when me and my wife go to Gatlinburg. We decided to give a condo a try since we wanted to watch the Christmas Parade. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The convenience of being a short walk to the Village and the strip was great. I highly recommended this condo for anyone looking to enjoy Gatlinburg without the hassle of finding a place to park or paying for parking.

Perfect location
Centrally located to everything. Traffic, in town during our stay was horrendous, but the trolley stops right in front of the condo and We used that to get around town. View was great from the balcony and everything was ready and waiting for our arrival. Great trip!

Great stay in Gatlinburg
We enjoyed this condo immensely with its proximity to downtown (convention center) and to the Smoky Mountain National Park. The midnight parade for July 4th was amazing!! Great place to celebrate the 4th, watch dance competition and hike/explore the park!! Sam was the best with communication!! Definitely stay here again!!
