The parking was terrible! The hotel said that the vehicle clearance for the parking garage was 6’4 but we almost got stuck in our truck because it had a sign that said 6 ft clearance.

This hotel’s location was good for activities in Gatlinburg. The hotel was nice, but walls were very thin. You could hear conversations clearly from your room whether it be your neighbors or folks talking in the hall.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decorated well. So easy to walk to downtown or catch the trolly. The only part that I disliked was the parking.
