As first timers staying here was great. No only were we able to access the trolley , we were able to walk to the downtown district for alcohol fun. The only thing that would have make our stay top notch was if there was a breakfast option available. Being within walking distance we didn't have to competely depend on the trolley to move around. We hope to stay here again for our next stay!

I paid for a room with a balcony view and got a room with a jet tub by the bed and no view. When I called the front desk and told them I paid for the view, I was told that the other half was where the view was but it was already in use and there were no other rooms. I called back and told her that the room was not acceptable, it smelled like stale cigarettes and not what I paid for and ask if she would refund the cost, she agreed without any problems. I gave service 4 stars because she really was helpful without attitude and for that I was really impressed. As far as everything else, I'm actually pretty disappointed because the positive reviews are why I booked it but I believe had we been in the other half it would have met my expectations.

Nice location, short walk to main strip. Room was pretty dated and hotel was having some work done to it. Friendly staff. Many bears running around at night.

When I made this reservation I was under the impression I would be in the resort. When we arrive we are put in a small building separate from the resort. Our room wasn't completely clean the sliding door didn't lock and there was a huge gap under the main door. Definitely was over charged for what we got and will not be rebooking with this location.

Just keep scrolling. This place is wrong on so many levels. We needed a place to stay and this was it for being last minute and not costing $300. Two things I did like was the room was quite big, the second thing…shower was hot.

These are my concerns: Handicap needs to be closer to getting to there cars. There was a elevator but still had to walk a long way to my room.staff needs post more about bears coming on the property, even on the website. I founded out more things about the places from the people staying there.

We had not stayed near downtown Gatlinburg for a long time. I knew this was an older hotel and I didn't know what to expect. What we found was a very clean room/suite that met all of our needs for 6 people!! They have remodeled well. I can't wait to see how it looks after all of the work outside is complete.

This is a great location with tons of shops, restaurants, and activities within about an 10 minute walk. Front desk ladies were awesome! My issue was with the laundry lady with the two long ponytails. We had 5 in our party, with only 4 towel/washcloths in the room. She did not want to give us an extra set, as if she wanted us to share them amongst us. She was very rude about it. Went to front desk and this ladies took care of the issue for me and told us we can come directly to them for further assistance.
