We had a horrible experience. There was no hot water on our first day. We asked for maintenance to come look at it. They told us it was fixed when we came back to our room. The next day we went to shower and the water was turned off to the hotel. We called the front desk and they told us they had posted a sign. We found said sign laying down taped to the front desk. Then our third day we found out our water was still cold. We will not be back

I didn’t like the fact that I paid so much money for one night stay because of the water park an the heated pool an no one informed me before I seen it on a hand written paper at the front desk at check in that they were out of order

Kinda stinks that we booked this place solely for the water park and the website didn't state that it wasn't running (I checked the actual web site before booking). The cleaning people only halfway did their job in our room. Breakfast was fine if you're not picky. It is in a convenient location to walk to the strip and a trolly stops right outside the hotel. I upped my review to 4 stars because they did end up refunding the entire amount due to the water park issue.

Hotel was clean. Housekeeping people were kind. Front desk not so much. Was loud at night. Hard to sleep. Breakfast buffet was great. Get there early. Indoor pool was worth staying. Huge hit w kiddos.

I love staying here every year when we come to Gatlinburg because it is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. My kids love staying here because of the indoor water park. The breakfast staff is very friendly. The rooms have been well kept. There were a couple of issues. The indoor waterpark is supposed to be heated but the last three years that we have come here it is ice cold. They claimed they fixed the heater but it did not feel like it. It did seem like the water was a little bit warmer this last time but still cold. We booked through Expedia and were charged an additional fee per day by the hotel because it was not factored into the price on Expedia. The hotel assured me they got with Expedia so it should be included now when booking this hotel. They said the hotel went into new ownership and they forgot to make the fee included. All and all we love staying here.
