We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each evening. It is in walking distance of everything in Gatlinburg but we still saw bears and raccoons in the evening from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet inside the room so we got great sleep.

This is 1 block away from the Main Street. Park your car at hotel and do the walk that all the tourist area has. Plenty of food options, shopping, and even entertainment. Microwave in room for left overs.

The most miserable receptionist ever checked us in and every interaction was painful as she clearly hates her job and the guests. Lovely pool and fire pits to sit round that were well serviced. Rooms cleaned ok but beds were only made if clear of all items. Grab and go breakfast of muffins and coffee was basic.

It rained when I was staying there and my room started leaking, the front desk clerk brought me towels and said she’d put in a request for “them” to look at it tomorrow. When I was checking in, she didn’t say but maybe 5 words to me the entire time, and seemed like I was bothering her

It was close to downtown and made it worth the stay. Room was ok, but will say it was fairly clean. Breakfast could have been better in my opinion for "grab and go" options. They offered strawberry nutrigrain bars and small prepackaged muffins. Adding cereal or something would be an excellent addition. Firepit in the parking lot is a nice touch. Overall, it was good!

This is the 3rd time staying there I only have 2 negative things. #1 Pool was right outside our room. So kids were kinda noisy. #2 Security wise there was not the security latch on the door. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Property was just a short walk to the village and Gatlinburg. Parking is tight and people were very noisey would be my only complaint. Nice and clean.
