Property was just a short walk to the village and Gatlinburg. Parking is tight and people were very noisey would be my only complaint. Nice and clean.

Its quiet although next to a street. Rooms are older but clean. I wish they had a second lock on the inside of the door, it's just an electric locking door, no deadbolt or inside throw.

My only gripe is that it has one of those ACs which is supposed to be climate controlled but actually just switches off after 15 mins and you wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot, annoying for people who are sensitive to heat but other than that it's a great place with good staff!

Light was shining in our room all night long, it was brighter inside our room then it was outside. Was told our check in was fine for until we left but then the next morning found out it wasn’t. The floors were so dirty our feet were black in minutes

Room was dirty. Hair in the sink. Pulled back covers and there was hair on the bed. Called front desk and they said they had no other rooms and we should have called earlier. We didn’t walk in the room and immediately pull back the covers. Also room was next to pool and it was to close at 10. People still out at midnight talking loud. Will not stay here again.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the pool and the kids loved that there was a slide. The hotel was quiet and the decor was nice. Only issue was that the tv had a crack in the corner of the screen, which we told the front desk about. But the tv did work. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were attractive. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were no shops or restaurants within the motel, but everything that Gatlinburg has to offer was literally minutes walk from my room. Also the two swimming pools looked very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Housekeeper didnt come and had to get towels from office. Room floor was dirty. Area is behind the motel is in disarray.
