I was in Awe of the price and location of this room! We were there for an event at the convention center and it’s conveniently located right across the street. And easily able to walk downtown.

Not a bad little spot close to the strip in Gatlinburg. If you’re just looking for a cheap spot to stay a few days in walking distance. People at the front desk are pretty rude but over all I’d give it a 3.

This review is not so much about the property as it is about Expedia. Terrible customer service. The double room we booked was not what we were given. The second room was in bad shape. The bathtub was black on the bottom. Used soap on the floor.

Our room was not very clean. It felt very old and not up to date. The breakfast was terrible. They shouldn’t even offer it and embarrass themselves.

Ive stayed here several times while hiking the smokies. Always been a great stay. Rooms are clean. Great shower. All i need because im out hiking all day anyway.

Mold in bathroom with roach killed and still on the wall. Hair on the walls and wall of shower. TV did not work and was not addressed after reporting. The bed was really comfortable.
