The location to Gatlinburg was great. The hotel and room was not like the pictures posted. The room are aged and in need of some TLC. The bed how ever, was comfortable.

Don’t stay here
It’s been horrible. First room bathroom was so nasty. Second room not much better. The whole 3rd floor where they put us was dirty with all the doors to the rooms open was like this the whole night / day. Mirrors dirty in our room , bath I don’t even want to shower will do that when I get home. They were cleaning the rooms starting at 7am waking us up. The staff acts like they don’t want to be here and we’re an inconvenience being here. I’m praying we’re not sick after this. Never have I just wanted to leave and go home and came close to doing so in the middle of the night cause I’m so grossed out

Cheap hotel, stairs falling apart. Unfortunately, they cannot control rude quests yelling in the hallways & rooms until 6am and leaving their trash all over the stairwells and parking garage.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy mold, mouse droppings, bugs, cigarette smell, and rude service. Within minutes of checking in, my husband and I returned to our vehicle and booked a different hotel. Of course, when we went back inside to report the issues, the front desk lady was rude and unable to reach the manager. I'm sure we won't see any of our money back, but I'm not surprised as the only thing this hotel has going for itself is location and obviously fake photos online. Do yourself a favor and stay clear! Enjoy your vacation elsewhere. This hotel has been reported to Expedia. It is also being reported to the health department and local authorities.

I had a very disappointing experience. The bedding and sheets in the room appeared to have not been washed from the previous guest, and I also discovered a stain on the throw pillow. To make matters worse, I found a vape in the bed, which was extremely unpleasant. This experience was truly upsetting, especially because I had recommended your hotel to other guests and speakers attending the Bigfoot yearly conference. I believe that such oversights are a failure on the part of the hotel and its staff. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for my stay. I certainly did not have a restful night, and the unsanitary conditions were completely unacceptable. I hope that the hotel will take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future and ensure that other guests do not have to go through a similar experience. In addition, after going to dinner, I returned to my room to find my closet open and my things moved.

Drug Parafenalia
The room temperature, water pressure, and bed were adequately comfortable. However a member of the houskeeping staff left behind drug parafenalia in my room. The manager removed it, but offered no apology or discount/refund for the potential exposure i was subjected to.

This property is a very old, tired hotel that needs a massive upgrade. Their solution to everything is just to put paint on it. I could not drink my coffee because there was a resident bug in the coffee maker, and the check-in experience with the staff was less than inviting. I felt like I was bothering them by showing up. This is a definite you get what you pay for property

The property was conveniently located near the attractions of Gatlinburg and had free parking. The lobby space and dining area were very unclean. The hallway to the room had stains all in the carpet, dim lighting, and dirty walls. The mattress cover had spots on it, the bathroom above the shower had mold, and behind the door in the bathroom had spiderwebs. The elevator smelled of mold and was not very clean either.

This hotel is nice if you want a cheaper room. We always come here just for a night in Gatlinburg. This time the room did have a Oder in the room and the shower shot out so much water that it filled the bath tub up quick so you had to be fast at taking a shower. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Over all the room looked clean but didn’t smell like it. I will come back though because I’m not to picky.. I guess you get what you pay for.
