There is minimal updates to the room. The air didn’t work, mold in the bathroom, the bed was dirty, the water barely trickled out of the sink or shower. The smell was horrible!!! We stayed somewhere else as this was not an environment I was staying in.

Only bad thing I can say about the room was the tub drain was very rusty. Everything else was in good condition. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. Hot tub by the indoor pool was broken. Very convenient location. Most everything in Gatlinburg is within walking distance of the hotel. Good breakfast but limited seating.

We were so excited for our stay here however when we arrived they put us in a double bedroom instead of a king single bedroom, the bathroom door would lock you in, the water pressure was terrible and the door leading to our balcony was very hard to shut and lock as well as the seal for the door was very degraded and let outside noise and light in.

The property was updated and the rooms were very nice BUT we could not use the shower or tub because the drain plug was missing and it was disgusting, when we attempted to use the very nice sink we had no hot water and we couldn’t call the front desk because our phone didn’t work. We had to go through reservations, who knows where, and they tried to get me to our front desk. I was given the wrong hotel the first attempt and then we finally made it to our front desk. Sorry about the phone and “try turning the handle to the right for hot they put some of the handles on backwards and we can’t check all of them so I’ll note that and we’ll get that fixed. Would you like us to send someone tonight to fix your phone” since it was 11:00 at night we declined. Seems to be the remodel check list wasn’t used. Fix the kinks and it will be better very nice fixtures and layout.

When we first arrived we had to change rooms because the linens and bed were absolutely disgusting then we were put in a room with full beds at best after reserving a room with queen beds. I also paid more for an upgraded room however I didnt see any upgrades. We were also charged a $25 a night pet fee which is fine with exception that I was not made aware of it prior to the stay.
