Older hotel that has recently been updated. Very nice rooms and right on the parkway so you can walk everywhere with no need to pay for parking. I do think that the choice of gray and black colors in the hallways isn't very inviting. Creates a dark dingy look. But good job on the rooms. I'll definitely be back.

Great location. Especially safe having to use your key card to enter area to get on elevator. Only thing was our view which motel could not help. 3rd floor balance overlooking roof of another building. Not very pretty. Otherwise everything great

Didn’t know what to expect as we normally stay out of town in a cabin. Wanted to try being in gatlinburg this year. Property is well placed in town and freshly renovated! Checking in was very easy and parking is right behind the check in area under the hotel itself. Rooms were very nice and updated. Not a premium room by any means but it was above my expectations. Beds slept nice, and pillows were comfy. Like that there were two mirrors for getting ready so i got to showere while the wife was gettung ready. Would not hesitate to stay again! Felt that it was a greatly priced due to location and parking included! We have spent hours looking for parking in gatlinburg before so this was a huge plus!!

I wasn’t expecting much for the low price we paid for 2 nights. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The room had been updated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was some noise from the room above us with kids running and screaming but it wasn’t the fault of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very convenient to the convention center and all shopping and restaurants. It's fine for a the convenience and comfy beds. The downfall is it is directly next to the convention center and every time a band is warming up or playing it is thumping your walls! The bathroom was also dirty. Behind the toilet seat was filthy so we bought cleaning wipes and cleaned it ourselves. The rooms also smelled of mildew and stale smoke although I was in a non smoking room. I just kept the fan running on the unit the whole time we were there. The staff was wonderful though, so I didn't want to complain. They were very friendly and nice!
