Older hotel that has recently been updated. Very nice rooms and right on the parkway so you can walk everywhere with no need to pay for parking. I do think that the choice of gray and black colors in the hallways isn't very inviting. Creates a dark dingy look. But good job on the rooms. I'll definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay for walking around Gatlinburg. You’re just steps away from the shops and restaurants . The hotel is really nice. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the parking. However, in Gatlinburg most parking lots are tight. When I travel to this hotel I come in from the park side to avoid most of Gatlinburg traffic. We’ll be staying here again.

We had alot of fun it was located in a very safe area. Beaches here were truly beautiful. Shopping was great and the board walks were something to see.staf was top notch and very friendly I would recommend this place too every one. So much for family's with kid's and adults.

Great location to main strip. No breakfast and hotel outdated and elevator kept going out of service. They say updated rooms but they are not really updated. Price and being on the main rode is why we stayed here. We would stay again and hopefully by then they will really be updated like they say.

Great price and location
Using Hotels.com to book this stay with Reagan Resorts Hotel made the check-in seamless and easy. Room was clean with nice amenities like a tv, microwave, spacious mini fridge, spa, etc. Bed was comfy, the room had space for luggage and clothes. View not very good but the location right on the downtown strip made it worth it. Hallways were dark and kind of creepy but the room we stayed in allowed us not to have to walk the halls. One floor parking garage with about 40 spots. Check out was super simple. Staying here was great and I would definitely come back because of location and price.

I wanted to like this hotel. The remodeling was not done well though. Tiles that are in the bathroom are coming up snd are just covered by a trash can. The bathroom door was not able to close completely even though someone had hacked out pieces with a wood chisel. The paint on the door barely cover some of the stains that are on it. The sink was not completely covering the vanity. The bed is very firm for my liking but it was clean. The location is great right downtown easy to walk anywhere you would want to go. Parking area has lots of covered parking if you are concerned about weather.

I wish I had a better experience
It is in a great location on the strip in Gatlinburg. When we arrived we unloaded our stuff on the cart only to find out that the elevator was broken. We had to carry all of our stuff for the week up two flights of stairs. The room was clean. However, the heater only worked some of the time. The parking was horrible. There are 30 max spots if that for the entire hotel. I will not be staying there again.
