NASTY NASTY BEDS!!!!
The night i checked in, staff was extremely nice. But thats where it stopped. Upon making the reservations, I requested a sofa couch and a cot or 2 cots. Hotel emailed the room had a sofa bed but would not reply or comment on the cot. Had to funish my own. No problem. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed and the cot. I was given a blanket for each. When i asked for sheets for sheets for cot and sofa. I was questioned and told i had 1 room 2 beds. I explained yes and a cot and sofa bed, 5 people in the room,not couples. Then we inspect the beds, NASTY!!!! NO ONE SHOULD PAY TO SLEEP ON SHEETS OR BEDS THAT NASTY!!!!! I have pictures of the dirty room ans nasty beds. Very disappointing!! I went to get "complementary breakfast " my brother literally came upstairs with his, I walked in to get toast, was told "no you're to late" not 3 minutes after my brother got his.

Great rooms ... great location we was able to walk to all the gatlinburg attractions which with 3 teenagers was the goal so they could come as go as they wanted without driving in that traffic! IF there was any downfall its the breakfast wasn't exactly continental it was more snacking.. banana toast 2 cerals! Outside that it was everything that we expected! We would stay there again! We would just pack breakfast the rooms did have a fridge & microwave!

The front desk person very nice, the parking was tight and hard to maneuver with an SUV. The hotel said no dogs, but clearly someone had a dog 2 doors down whom loved to bark.

The room I booked was advertised as having queen beds and city views, there is no room on that property that has any kind of view and the beds were full size and not queen. Also the breakfast area tables were pushed up against the wall so you couldn't sit in there and all the breakfast items were gluten which my family is allergic to...so very inconvenient

Filthy motel with bugs and broken floors, missing screens. Misleading breakfast and pool. Spend more and have a piece of mind. Our room was never cleaned during our stay including garbage removal upon request that were ignored. Shame on Wyndham and this shouldn’t be considered a hotel!! Definitely not worth a $200 rate!!!

Comfortable rooms but need to secure trash cans from the bears. People are stupid and we saw a woman actually get chased back to her room by one. She bothered the bears cubs so bad mama bear had enough. Had the trash cans been bear proofed the mama and cubs wouldn’t have been hanging around.

Rooms did not smell good. The bathroom door look like feces on it-not sure what it was. total cleaning could have been better. Great location though. Was walkable to downtown if we didn't want to use a car.
