Loved everything about it. The property is clean with the most beautiful view. There is a free shuttle that picks you up in front and drives to the many stops around the city about every 20 minutes. There is a great restaurant and bar on site for adults and a clean pool with a twisting slide for kids. (And I may have gone down it a couple times ;) a nice relaxing hot tub, it really was perfect.

Beautiful view of Gatlinburg!
Beautiful views, clean room and an upscale hotel feel. The trolley was an appreciated amenity. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great hotel with an awesome pool with waterslide. The trolley is very convenient for going downtown and not having to pay to park. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was once magnificent — years ago. Still has an amazing location. Can’t change the Smokies. But the hotel is aged and seems uncared for. Carpets are dirty. My ‘view’ was over the parking lot. My balcony was dirty. The staff may have been tired—it was 9:30pm & busy—but their brusqueness bordered on rude. Certainly no smiles.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful views. Parking was completely full when I arrived back and I had to walk a long distance alone at night. It would have been nice to park closer for safety. It is not in walking distance to anything. There is a free trolley that is nice but limited on time of stops.
