We enjoyed our stay at The Park Vista Hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved the pool area. Room service was very fast and good. My only complaint would be that the balcony and outside of the building do look dated. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay at the Park Vista again.

Our stay was lovely. The hotel is starting to show some signs a wear and tear. The beds were comfortable. Everything appeared clean except hair in our shower. Other than that, it was wonderful!

I did not like the fact that all the furniture was outdated/old. The slider doors were filthy and when I wiped things down with sanitizing wipes, they were literally all BLACK! This place needs remodeling and the front desk told me that they were bought out and promised millions but have not received the promise to update! What!!!? I was almost chased by a black bear that bluff charged me in the parking lot at night, then I was told they come into the hotel😳 The doors need a code to keep out those hungry bears! All in all the food was amazing esp breakfast, but updating needs to happen soon! The hotel entryway is gorgeous and staff are completely friendly! Your crazy concierge guy is going to get killed chasing the bear away, he seems disabled in some ways and it is not fair to him that he doesn’t know the danger he’s being put in!! Please stop him from chasing bear with cubs!! He is going to expire doing this behavior!!

Excellent Hotel!

Absolutely love staying at this hotel. It has 2 restaurants and a coffee bar and unlimited amount of hotel support with anything you need. Plus, cookies everyday. It’s the little things that make an impact. My husband and I got married there last year. We’ve stayed a few times since then and every time it’s better than the time before.

We arrived at our hotel and just dropped our stuff off and immediately went out to the town. We came back and our toilet was clogged? We flushed it and water went everywhere. They came and fixed it and housekeeping was kind. The next morning I have a $40 charge on my card? We had nothing to do with the toilet and hadn’t even used it yet before it was clogged. There was also dust all over our room and some one the furniture was broken… the desk was missing two legs and was propped up against another piece of furniture… The only reason it doesn’t have a 1 star is because the view of the mountains from the room was beautiful.

Nice, clean, comfortable!

This is a very nice hotel. It's clean and well maintained. It sits on top of a mountain, and the view from your room is breathtaking. I absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

Area was great. Great views. Staff was great. Our room was extremely noisy kept us up all night long. Sounded like a train was driving by. We didnt get much sleep. But the rest was good.

We wish we would have known there was a big music convention during our stay- we were unable to find parking and the trolley was not operating due to the convention. We would have booked our stay on another night if we had known there was an event that would make parking unavailable.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. One of our beds had hair all over it and the second bed had a stain on the sheet. There were also stains all over the walls.

Great views

Older hotel but great views. We stayed in a Mountain View room on the 14th floor. Room has older decor but the view was beautiful. Walls are paper thin. We could hear music and talking from rooms on either side of us. There is not a lot of parking downtown. It’s definitely not a hotel you can walk into town from. Indoor pool is closed for renovations, which was disappointing. Would have been nice to have been informed of that before we arrived. Also, there is a trolley that you can take into town from the hotel. Overall still liked the hotel and would stay there again.

The view was stunning…

The pros: The view was amazing. The restaurants that were located inside are really good. The staff was very friendly. Cons: The pool was closed and didn’t let us know when we first got there which was kind of a disappointment. You have to pay extra for parking which is crazy they are not located right on the strip. The bathroom was very small.
