Similar to Embassy Suites layout. Above town, great view. Spacious room, quality is great, Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bath. Well cosidered decor and amenities.

Had a nice time with my family here. Nice hotel with a lot of things to do. Restaurants, bar and swimming pool with slide. Kids loved it. Be prepared to use the tram or drive to where you need to go because the drive up to the hotel is steep. We did get to enjoy a rather heavy snow the night before we left. Overall, I would recommend staying here, especially with kids.

We stayed here for our family vacation. The location was great, but the hotel itself was very dirty. We had hair in the shower upon our arrival and it looked as if it had months worth of grime. The pull out couch was not cleaned, as it still had old, dirty linens when we pulled it out to sleep. The pool had gross things floating in it everyday, meaning it hadn't been touched all week. We did like that it was shallow enough for toddlers to play. The staff was friendly. None of it offset how dirty it all was.

Located on hop to the hill near the Main Street strip. Everything was great except the hotel food prices were higher than average and the quality was very poor, would recommend bring your own food or taking the trip out the the Main Street for meals

Property was unique and a great choice in the Gatlinberg area. It’s dog friendly, staff is nice, mostly clean. Do not get prepaid breakfast. Good-no. I have had better at a Fairfield! Just go into town to eat. A special Thanksgiving dinner that was extra charge $$, included gratuity and service was non existent. Otherwise, nice stay. Watch for bears though. Every night in the front parking came black bears. They know where the food is…

The King beds are not King size. We specifically booked that size because our youngest sleeps in between us on trips. One of the water slides was closed. Some of the areas looked like they could use some updating.
