Enjoy sitting on the covered porch and taking in beautiful mountain views! This lovely condo in an amazing Gatlinburg location awaits!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!

Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and keurig. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 2nd floor which is right off the parking lot. There is an elevator in the complex.

Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

The owner was extremely responsive in a timely fashion which contributed to our comfort and relaxation. We had everything we needed however, the couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to the point that we could not sit in there and watch TV. For the sake of lounging, it was uncomfortable. Thankfully we didn't spend much time at the condo and there was a TV in the bedroom. Though the sheets and towels were clean, they were well worn. It did not impact our stay, just a comment for improvement. I would definitely suggest this for stay if you plan to spend a minimal amount of time on the premises and enjoy the city and the park.

Area was very quiet and peaceful.Great Mountain View.Easy check in and out.Owner checked on us and was easily accessible if needed.Close to downtown Gatlinburg. My only suggestion:Bring extra towels!We only had a 2 towels for our stay.Upon going to a Family Dollar & Dollar General nearby who were sold out.We traveled to a Walmart to get more.We bought our own because we each take 2 showers a day and after reusing a couple of times we like fresh towels.Didn't want to travel to laundromat &spend time and money washing.We can use our purchased towels at home.

Sheets on bed were not or did not look clean! Old and worn out! No pillowcases for some pull out bed! Sheets for pull out were rolled up in ball stuffed in closest- maybe not cleaned! Mattress (if you could call it that) on pullout was very bad! No toilet paper! Whomever prepared the place for us left an envelope for a tip! It was a condo not hotel. If bed was made daily with fresh linens and fresh towels - tips would be left! We never saw who might have cleaned place prior to our arrival! Not using VRBRO again!
