Our private fire pit is located right by the cabin and offers nice Mountain views. There are 6 outdoor chairs. If you plan on using the fire pit, just remember to bring some fire wood (you can find this at the supermarket next door if needed - 5 min drive).


★ GAME ROOM ★
You, your family and guests will love playing in the game room outfitted with an air hockey table, foosball table, video arcade games, and a home theater area for movie nights. There is also an assortment of board games..


★ PETS ★
We are a pet friendly cabin and we welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes (there is no weight restriction). You can bring up to 3 dogs as long as they are house broken/potty trained.
The pet fee is $150 for the whole stay for up to 3 dogs (the fee is not per dog).

The view of the mountains was beautiful. The house was very clean, bedrooms and baths had plenty of space and privacy for each family member. Game room was a hit for teenagers and hot tub was perfect after hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 6 of us in our group and we absolutely loved the cabin. Beautiful views and a very peaceful location. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed and the different thermostats really helped since two of the couples are normally cooler and I am a bit warm normally. I would recommend this cabin to anyone wishing a great TN getaway.

Memories with Family
My family and I went to Gatlinburg for the first time. This rental is the perfect getaway with family. It has wonderful views that even the dog enjoyed. The hot tub makes a perfect addition after walking around downtown all day. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was nice. Cabin was also pet friendly which was a plus. Easy drive to downtown and Pigeon Forge. We hope to return next year.

Great location!
We had a nice stay at this house, which is in a great location. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process easy. However, during our stay, I don't think the house was cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dog hair throughout the place, including on the couches. While I love dogs and was aware the house was dog-friendly, the visible dog hair was a bit much. It didn’t detract from our overall experience, but it's something that could use some attention for future guests. :)

Beautiful view/Excellent location!
We stayed here on our vacation with my son, granddaughter, friend, and two dogs. This home was a perfect layout as it's a three-level home with a bedroom and bathroom on each level so we all had our own space to retreat to at the end of the day. There's two porches as well and the views are breathtaking. There are other cabins that surround you but the way the home is placed, you have ample privacy, and this is in winter when the trees are pretty bare. I would imagine in spring and summer, it's very lush up there with all the greenery. The location is very good and the roads are well kept and not hard to drive. Food City is about 5 minutes away and downtown Gatlinburg is maybe 4-5 miles away. Charlotte was very easy to work with and she sent us a code for self check-in a few days before we arrived. We were very comfortable here and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay at Into The Wild!
We had an incredible time at Charlotte and Bart’s house in the Smokies! The property was just as nice as described in the listing. Very spacious, clean, and functional. Neighborhood was nice. EXCEPTIONAL and TIMELY communication by the host throughout the entire process, from booking through our entire stay. Some of the many aspects of the property that we loved:- Ideal location in Gatlinburg. Close enough to all attractions but far enough away from the crowded downtown of Gatlinburg (it’s about a 10 min drive to downtown; it’s a very easy drive from the house). And only 20 min to the main drag in Pigeon Forge. - Beautiful, scenic views of the Smoky Mountains from the property, especially from the back decks- Hot tub was a big hit that we enjoyed throughout the trip (hot tub was clean and hot upon arrival, and is in very good condition). Also, the views of the Smoky Mountains from the hot tub were something out of a magazine. - Plenty of space for a family of 5 - could easily accommodate up to 10 guests like advertised - Beds were very comfortable; all linens were clean; ample pillows provided- House was clean and in very nice condition (inside and outside). Had all of the appliances one could need (e.g., fridge, washer, dryer, dish washer, oven/stove, microwave, outdoor gas grill, etc)- Fire pit area looked awesome despite us not using it during our visit HIGHLY RECOMMEND Into The Wild!!! We can’t wait to come back again!!! Thank you, Charlotte!

Great Stay!
We loved the property and closeness to town. The house had the best view in the neighborhood. Cabins were fairly close to each other but this rental felt private. The only issue we had was the neighbors across the street playing loud music until way after midnight. Owner was very responsive and cabin was wonderful. We had a great stay!

We stayed 6 nights over Christmas with our adult children and grandchildren. It was extremely comfortable for all of us. The view of the Smokies was just beautiful. The house was clean and offered many helpful amenities. We saw bear 2 nights, which is always exciting. If we ever need a house this size again we will definitely stay here.

Into the Wild cabin was perfect for a family getaway! Three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked! We’ve rented many VRBO properties and this was the most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen. The game room and provided games were so much fun for our teenagers. The views from both porches was spectacular! Host communication was quick and clear.

Family Vacation
My spouse and I traveled with my parents and my adult child. We chose this home for the views and it did not disappoint! View from back deck was amazing Home was roomy enough for 5 adults and we all had our own space when needed! There were a few touches that were above expectations…. We arrived late and planned to grocery shop the next day. There were snacks on the counter and coffee pods we took advantage of the morning after arrival!! The game room kept us occupied in the evening and on the rainy day during our stay. Hot tub soothed our sore muscles after hiking, and the extra towels were a bonus! There even seemed to be a “neighborhood bear” that we saw each day! We had a great experience! We did not have any need to request anything from Charlotte, the host, but she did communicate well!

The cabin has great views from the main floor deck. The house has everything needed for a family with young children. Our grand boys loved the video arcade, air hockey table and hot tub! The only thing we needed that the cabin did not have was a baby gate. Would love to come back!

Just what we needed!!
