Good stay except had trouble finding the hotel. Signage needs improvement. Also could not figure out how to turn off the glaring computer screen shining brightly on my bed so I could sleep in darkness. Horrible! I had to find a mask to block the light so I could try to sleep. When I awoke past midnight, the screen was dark thank goodness! Need clear instructions visible easily so it can be turned off for sleep!

Location is fantastic
The best thing about this place is the location, couldnt be more convenient. Our room never had a window and everything is quite small, also the bed is up against the wall so if there are two of you and the person near the wall gets up in the night you have to climb over your partner. However the room is very clean, check in is amazingly quick and then check out involves just dropping your key in a box. Another advantage is you get quite a big discount off Giraffe and Weatherspoons which a very near.

Great hotel if you have an early morning flight from Gatwick, have stayed here twice now, would always stay. Convinient for both terminals, close the the dining options in the airport
