We stayed at the Hampton Inn coming to and leaving from Gatwick. Honestly, it could be a good option for those visiting London as well since it’s a great value for London, and in 30minutes and15 or so pounds one can, on the Gatwick Express train be at Victoria Station. As for the hotel, staff and facilities are wonderful, and breakfast is included and delicious.

Overpriced and not a good sleep
Staff were lovely and the hotel is convenient to access. However, the beds are like concrete, and the building has a wood floor structure, which hasbt been screwed down properly, so the creaking sounds are insane. The walls are so thin that anytime anyone moves on the corridor or above you, it will wake you up. Only manage to get 2 hours sleep during the night. Breakfast was very poor too, with low quality ingredients.

Very convenient to the airport with easy access from the arrival level to the front desk. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and spacious area for eating. The floors were creaky with an unknown underfloor material on each step taken.

It's all about location / connected to the North Terminal with a covered walkway Property well maintained / clean / pleasant staff at check in and less expensive then the Sofitel They obviously did a major renovation when H Inn took over / only downside / substandard shower - no rainhead just a wand
