The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.
Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the whole variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

Gute Lage
Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge oder auch Strand.
Der Pool ist toll und die Kinder hatten im Garten viele weitere Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (Slackline war das Highlight).
Sehr erfreulich war die Ausstattung der Küche. Hier war wirklich alles vorhanden.
Lediglich die Betten waren zu weich für uns und die Türen sind leider so laut, dass nachts jeder davon aufwacht wenn einer mal zur Toilette muss.

Tolle Wohnung für Sommer in der Toskana
Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und es war wieder super toll. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lädt ein zum Kochen. Der Pool ist super erfrischend und hat einen tollem Blick übers Land. Auf der Terrasse hat man jederzeit die Möglichkeit mit den Liegen im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu liegen. Wieder mal ein toller Urlaub.

Erholung pur
Haben uns auf dem Hügel sehr gut erholt. Der eigene Garten erlaubt einem, unter sich zu bleiben, der gemeinsame Pool mit Ausblick, mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Mail ist unkompliziert, die Vorabinfo zur Anreise und zu Ausstattungsdetails vorbildlich und die Reservierung in der Osteria im Nachbarort am Anreisetag komfortabel. Danke für die gute Zeit! Gerne wieder!

Perfekter Aufenthalt / Wohnung Grilli
Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel. Vom Pool konnte man die Gegend wunderschön überblicken. Alles ist super gepflegt und es war Erholung pur. Wir waren nach der Ferienzeit da, daher war es sicherlich noch ruhiger als in der Hochsaison. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Auf der Terrasse gab es zwei schöne Sonnenliegen und eine kleine Chill-Ecke. Je nach Sonnenstand oder Wind konnten wir uns auf die angenehmste Seite der Terrasse zurückziehen. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Erholung pur auf schönem und ruhigem Anwesen
Wir (30 und 34) durften 2 Wochen auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen verbringen. Angefangen bei der Buchung und der Schlüsselübergabe, über das Ankommen in der Wohnung bis hin zur erholten Abreise - alles hat super gepasst und entspannt geklappt.
Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel, sodass man zum einen keine Bebauung ringsherum hat, sowie eine wirklich schöne Sicht. Sei es von der Terrasse oder auch vom Pool.
Das Anwesen selbst wurde mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Toskana gestaltet. Der gesamte Bereich um das Haus ist mit sehr schön mit Hecken, Olivenbäumen und Sträuchern bepflanzt und wird sehr gut gepflegt. Auch der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Neben dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Platz auf dem man Tennis, Fußball, Badminton spielen kann.
Die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen und die dazugehörigen Terrassen/Gärten sind schön voneinander abgegrenzt, sodass man auch draußen seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Wohnung selbst war wirklich schön und va gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl fühlen konnten. Die Küche enthält alle notwendigen Utensilien um schön kochen und das Essen draußen genießen zu können.
Wir haben einige Ausflüge zu verschiedenen schönen Stränden machen können. Hierfür muss man ca 20-30 Minuten Fahrt einplanen. Hervorzuheben sind die Cala Violina und die Cala Civette. Diese sind nur nach einem 20minütigen Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Dafür findet man dort einen wunderbaren Strand ohne große Infrastruktur. Auch mit dem Mountainbike lässt sich die Gegend gut erkunden. Es gibt einen Bike-Park mit zahlreichen Trails direkt an diesen schönen Buchten (Bandite di Scarlino) und etwas weiter ins Landesinnere rings um Monte d´Alma mit teils sehr anspruchsvollen Downhill-Trails. (Fahrradverleih "Easybike" in Castiglione zu empfehlen).
Coronabedingt haben wir darauf verzichtet die kleinen Städtchen rund um Grilli anzuschauen. Diese sind aber nach einer kurzen Fahrt gut zu erreichen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und kommen gerne mal wieder zum entspannen und erholen nach Grilli.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien zur Erkundung der Maremma
Das idyllisch auf einem Hügel gelegene Anwesen ist ideal um die Maremma zu erkunden. In max. 30 Minuten erreicht man sowohl die nahegelegenen Strände (z.B. Cala Violina oder Cala Civetta) als auch sehenswerte Städte wie Massa Marittima, Grosseto oder Castiglione della Pescaia.
Auch die Anlage selbst bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Swimmingpool oder diverse Sportangebote wie (Tisch-)Tennis, Basket- oder Fußball, die den Aufenthalt vor Ort sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Kinder abwechslungsreich und angenehm machen.
Dadurch, dass bei der Aufteilung der einzelnen Ferienwohnungen auf genügend Abstände bzw. Abtrennung durch Büsche und Hecken geachtet worden ist, wird auch die Privatsphäre berücksichtigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die soziale Distanz zu den Nachbarn in Corona-Zeiten problemlos eingehalten werden konnte.
Sehr gut hat uns auch die harmonische, im toskanischen Stil gehaltene Einrichtung der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung gefallen, so dass wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt haben.
Insgesamt haben wir auf dem „Podere Colle Il Diaccino“, das wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen können, eine erholsame und gleichzeitig abwechslungsreiche Woche verbracht.
