The Gâvres peninsula facing Port-Louis, at the entrance to the Lorient roadstead and east of the island of Groix. Remarkable natural environment, shore fishing, salt marshes. To the north, the small Gâvres sea protected and to the south, a magnificent fine sandy beach. Access to Lorient and Port-Louis by shuttle boats. Ideal site for the practice of windsurfing or kitesurfing.

Feet in the water, direct access to the beach from the garden.

Fisherman-type house, 4 rooms 60 m², for 6 people:
Terrace and small garden (70m²) facing the sea, garden furniture and barbecue available.
The property also has an exclusive private parking and a private space for bicycles.

Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, programmable electric coffee maker, toaster).
- Dining room and living room with double sofa bed (140cm).
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine.

On the 1st floor, stairs leading to the landing with:
- 1 street-side bedroom with two single beds (90cm)
- 1 sea-facing bedroom with a double bed (140cm)

On the 2nd floor, stairs leading to an attic bedroom with a beautiful sea view, 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 single bed (120cm).
