This charming home offers a serene space that sleeps up to 6 adults plus 2 children.

Sleeping Areas: we provide all linens and comfortable bedding.
- BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 queen bed and direct access to the main floor bathroom

- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 queen bed

- BEDROOM 3 (upper level): 4 twin size bunk beds and a dresser with some storage

Bathrooms: we provide towels (e.g., bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel) and quality and sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap).
- BATHROOM 1: full bath (bathtub)
- BATHROOM 2: 3/4 bath (standing shower)

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, creamer, tea, condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard), trash bags, dishwasher pods.

Entertainment: You can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games; two kayaks; a Roku to connect to all your streaming services, and a blue tooth soundbar

Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and direct view of Martin Lake.

Back Deck: enjoy the outdoor dining area that seats six. At night, try keeping the porch light off, so you can stargaze from the porch or on the sandy shore. Feel free to use the fire pit to make smores or to sit around for conversation.

Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots in the community parking lot.

needs repairs
The house was clean, Everything you need is there. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have the patio door open because the screen is badly torn. We had trouble getting passed how bad the water smells. The bathroom door downstairs does not stay closed, I had to put something in front of it. And the door knob fell off. Good thing the place was clean.

We stayed about 15 hours and problem after problem after problem, the pictures do not accurately reflect the site, it's a condo not a home. Not sure when the last people stayed there but the batteries on the smoke alarm and remote did not work (were able to get replacement batteries), the fridge was broken, the dock had caution tape across it, no back porch light, the screen to the sliding door was torn letting bugs in, the stairs were dangerously steep, a single life jacket, deck stairs were broken and pop up if stepped in the wrong spot, the wifi (which I asked about specifically prior to our stay) was weak and not sufficient for anything work related, the bathrooms appeared dirty due to rust stains and hard water, the water smelled like rotten eggs, there were ants on the counter when trying to prepare food, etc. Not even sure who owns this as you communicate with the "hosts" Jared and Doug, but someone named Suresh is involved and any onsite issues are directed to a different person who lives in one of the condos. Overall a disappointing trip, they refused to refund the balance of our trip as they offered us another unit but who wants more of the same. We had to call VRBO to negotiate a refund on our behalf, funny thing is they deducted the cleaning fee. Stay away

Great location!
The property was as advertised. Great location, clean, plenty of towels and blankets. My only note would be to take a flashlight as there is a path since the property is on the beach of the lake. Close to Gaylord or Boyne.

Great for Boyne Mountain Skiing Trip
Overall was a great stay. Clean place with a nice view. Perfect place to stay for our ski trip to Boyne mountain, only a 15 minute drive.
