Location says its 'in' the old town - this isn't the case, although it's only 5-10 min walk to the old town, its actually in a residential area with lots of high rise apartments surrounded by run down buildings and waste land. Doesn't feel safe to walk around alone at night.
A benefit of this is the flat isn't near a main road or night life, so it is very peaceful.
Check-in office isn't on site, it's quite a trek (in rain and snow in our case) to go from train station to check-in office to flat. For this reason alone I wouldn't recommend this flat.
Flat has radiators, but no means of operating them - turned off.
There is hot water for the shower, however no means of changing temperature (no warm or cold shower options, only hot).
Flat has everything you need and well laid out, and bed is comfy.
We requested the bedding and towels are non-bio due to allergies, they didn't back to me either way and didn't do it. We took our own bedding/towels.
Gdansk is lovely, and well worth a visit. However there are better areas to stay, so I wouldn't recommend this apartment.
